We are seeking an experienced financial adviser with a proven ability to build strong relationships with fellow staff members, clients old and new, referral partners and the community as a whole. The candidate will also have a strong technical background and have their relevant degree, passed the FASEA exam and completed the Ethics course.
At EFS, we run our own AFSL and the client experience is at the heart of everything we do. We live by a set of Core Values that drive our business every day. Our key client demographic is pre retiree clients in the high-net-worth space. We also work with high income professionals and business owners.
We’re looking for a new adviser to help us grow and meet the needs of the amount of new client enquiries we are experiencing. The right person will have clients transitioned across to them to help free up the current advisers to bring on new clients. We have a team of five advisers that work collaboratively together to ensure the right client is serviced by the right adviser. There is no room for ego’s at EFS.
There is also the opportunity for equity down the track for the right person.
