We have entered a new era of advice, in which we see a continuing advisor migration towards smaller and boutique licensees. This new era places a premium on Professional Development, sustainability, and efficiency. But many smaller practices are finding these goals increasingly out of reach, as it becomes harder to access CPD in a way that is both affordable and makes efficient use of their time. The Ensombl All Licensee Professional Development (ALPD) Day was created to meet this challenge.

Born from the thinking of the Ensombl community, it is a licensee-agnostic, one-day CPD event giving advisors access to 10 hours of CPD-accredited content – 25% of their annual needs – from leading experts. Tapping into themes curated from Ensombl community discussions, all ten presenters are hand-picked to specifically solve the problems that get in the way of delivering great advice.
