Clayton commenced his professional career in accountancy before quickly moving across to financial advice. While building an advice company and attempting to rapidly scale the 10,000 hours to mastery, Ensombl was born. With the first five years of Ensombl acting as a hobby, Clayton came on as full-time CEO in late 2019.
